The elevator can be a bit small and slow, but with two elevators available, it's not a major issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was also perfect, with easy access to transportation that allowed us to explore all uptown and downtown areas, as well as being right next to a subway stop. Not only that, but the hotel facilities were fantastic, and the cleanliness was beyond reproach! It all made for a truly enjoyable stay.

It was well priced. We got room with beautiful decor and a big size bathroom to relax.

Efficient and neat staff, from check-in to check-out. Fresh and comfortable bedding, and a cool atmosphere in the room, perfect for recovering from a day of sightseeing. The location was splendid, only a short walk to the subway station and Grand Central Station. Two complimentary bottles of water added to the experience, and the tea and coffee in the morning was an appreciated touch. A suitable choice for anyone looking for a memorable trip.

The hotel had a great location, close to popular attractions and easily accessible from the subway. the rooms were of a good size and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This place is located near everything in central New York! It's in central Manhattan, in Midtown Manhattan, and right next to a subway stop which was so convenient. The room had great amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the bar/lounge area. There were also a lot of facilities like a gym and business center that I appreciated.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room had an exceptional view of the Empire State Building and the staff, Bryan and Bouchée, were welcoming and respectful. They even offered to store our belongings before and after our stay. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with high-quality toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable and they provided extra blankets and pillows. The hotel also had great amenities like a hair salon, bar-restaurant, and a comfortable lobby. a great option for families looking for a valued hotel in midtown.

I had a great stay at a convenient location in NYC. The hotel was close to the subway, Herald Square, and all Midtown attractions, including Grand Central Station. Staying at this boutique hotel was a great decision, the location is excellent for tourists with many major NYC attractions nearby. The hotel has a fantastic attached restaurant with great food and service. The rooms are clean and comfortable with free drink tickets to use at the bar “the Liquor Cabinet” accessed from the lobby.

Some guests experienced issues with security and lack of empathy when trying to resolve the problem.
